Edmar, is one of the best listeners we have ever had in a realtor. He’s got plenty of opinions and options, but he takes the time to put his client’s request first and then finds and guides them to what they are looking for. His eye for detail and abundant solutions to the little things you find when purchasing homes that have been around for decades really helped us find a great deal on something we never would have considered without his help and expertise. The savings were worth four times his commission and we are ecstatic about our new home.
